I looked for ways to travel and enjoy good food in my retirement without having to pinch pennies. That's how I came across real estate as a form of retirement savings. The idea of tenants paying off my mortgage appealed to me, and unfortunately, I hadn't been taught how to do it. After further training and reading many books, I started with my first small apartment and, step by step, built up a solid real estate portfolio in my 30s.
By now, it would be practically an act of neglect not to share the knowledge I've gained over the past few years.
